As you know, our HOA Annual Meeting is coming up on March 24th. At this meeting, we will be voting for new resident board members. We have asked all nominees to send us a short bio and information as to why they would be a good fit for our community. Our first submission is from board nominee, David Vail.
Get To Know Board Nominee: David Vail
My name is David Vail, and I have lived in Waterleaf for about a year and a half now. Some of you may already know me, but for those who don’t, here is a little bit of information about me and why I feel I would be a great candidate for resident board member. I am interested in this board member position because I want to help ensure that our community is as great as it can be.
I feel I would be an asset to Waterleaf Falls HOA board as I have previously served as an HOA board member for 3 of the 6 years that I lived at my previous residence. I understand the purpose, how HOA’s work, and what the board is responsible for, as well as, all the rules and regulations that have to be followed. If you couple that with the tools I have acquired through 20 years of customer service experience, I feel I would be a valuable board member to our community. Some of these skills that I have acquired include effective communication, problem solving, being solution oriented, as well as listening and following through. Just like many of you, I want Waterleaf to be a place you are proud to live in, a place to feel safe and raise families in.
