In consideration of social distancing measures the Waterleaf Falls HOA has coordinated with TDS to conduct a neighborhood wide curbside bulk pick up on Monday, May 11. Each residence can set out a pile of bulk trash up to three cubic feet in size (which is roughly the size of a washer and dryer sitting next to one another). If you have more, please kindly ask a neighbor if they can leave at their curb if they are not using their total amount.
Please place your bulky items on the curb no later than 6 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2020.
Please keep your bulky items at least five feet away from obstacles such as mailboxes, cars, tree branches, utility lines, personal items and private property.
Acceptable bulky waste materials include, but are not limited to, items such as:
Appliances (Freon must be removed)
Water Heaters (must be drained)
Wood (without nails)
Fiberglass tubs (TDS will not accept ceramic or porcelain tubs)
Soft metal (such as basketball goals or fence posts)
TDS will not accept hazardous materials, such as but not limited to, paints, household cleaners, chemicals, dead animals, vehicles or automotive parts.
TDS will also not collect items such as soils, dirt, sand, tires, concrete, bricks, fiberglass insulation, construction materials, broken glass or sheet glass.
Thanks and stay safe!

A very special thank you to our Social Committee (Stacy Vail, Ariel Conde, Tara Dudley, and Clint Kosh) for their efforts to organize, plan, and host what turned out to be a very successful and special National Night out for Waterleaf!
We had a LOT of free KONA Ice snow cones, a billion slices of pizza, bouncing, prizes, and had the chance to hang out with our neighbors in fellowship!
A very special thanks also to our donors who helped make the event an amazing success:
Warren McEnulty for his generous contribution towards the pizza!
Linny Gronski for donating prize of the gift card to EVO! Linny invites you to check out her Realtor page with Marla Rice below:
Abbye Crandall for her gift prize of custom vinyl or embroidery
Ben Ybarra of Ybarra Photography for selflessly capturing the event in a gallery which he is sharing with everyone and for the physical pictures that he printed on the spot:
Movie night is coming quickly! It will be on Saturday, November 2 at 7:30 PM at Waterleaf Park.
We will be showing Toy Story 4!!! There will be popcorn! Be sure to bring chairs, blankets, and bug spray! We will send another reminder post out before the big event but be sure to mark your calendars as it is coming soon! Thanks again to the entire neighborhood for making National Night Out such a special time for our community and we look forward to seeing you at movie night November 2nd!
Four dumpsters will be in the large parking lot of the Pool/Pavilion starting at 8
am. Please do not arrive until this time. Final drop-off is at 10:30 am or when the dumpsters are filled to the top, after which the dumpsters will be picked up.
Make sure to have an ID or paperwork showing current address with you to ensure that we are using the space only for the residents of Waterleaf Falls. The dumpsters fill up quickly so come earlier rather than later!
Please note that hazardous materials, such as paints, household cleaners, chemicals, dead animals, vehicles or automotive parts, soils, dirt, sand, tires, concrete, bricks, fiberglass insulation, construction materials,
broken glass or sheet glass are not accepted.
Don’t assume the dumpsters will be available through 10:30 as they do fill up early. If you happen to miss it, there is also a once a year free bulk pick up that TDS offers for each customer as well as a low-cost fee for additional pickups ($25 per as of last Fall) Please visit their website to confirm actual cost: https://www.texasdisposal.com/faqs/bulky-collection/
