Hello, neighbors! The volleyball net was recently taken down to make it possible to have events in the sand pit during our recent Spring Fling. Some have noticed that the net has not been put back up since. The plan was to have the net back up the following Monday, however, it was noticed that the condition of the net is to the point that it should be replaced, so a new one was ordered. As the replacement is on back order, the current one will be put back up tomorrow until the replacement arrives. Sorry for any inconvenience this net downtime has caused. Thanks!
After the May 2015 newsletter went to print, the board voted to change the initially approved pool hours. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
The correct pool hours are as follows:
Tuesday through Sunday 5 am to 9 pm
Remember that the pool is CLOSED Mondays for cleaning.
For the month of May, Lifeguards will be on duty weekends only from 9 am to 9pm, so please use caution during the week. Once school is out, the lifeguards will be on duty throughout the week. Please remember to follow all pool rules.

Pool Key Pick-Up
Saturday, May 10, 2014
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Park Pavilion
If you have not received a NEW pool key access card (issued after October 2013), do not forget to come out THIS Saturday and you can pick-up a key in person. This will be your last on-site opportunity to pick up a key. All requests after Saturday will need to be online at poolkey.com . Per our management company, you will need to have a Photo ID with your current address or a utility bill to prove residency. You will be able to sign the appropriate paperwork and take an active key with you that day. If the management company later finds that you are not in good standing (assessments paid or on a payment plan), your card will be deactivated. If you have any questions or need to discuss payment for your assessments, please contact our property manager, Jim Smitherman at firstname.lastname@example.org
